• Quality assurance team ensures the quality test of procured raw material procured on the basis its test certificate. Then, it is randomly checked in each size at Government approved laboratory for chemical and physical properties.
• Further, control system during forming pressing forging and heat treatment outlines the process checks and controls the process be followed during heat treatment and testing. While heat treatment and testing certain controls are followed.
• To maintain dimensional accuracy, necessary gauges, suitable fixtures and templates are used along with that calipers are calibrated periodically to maintain their accuracy.
• In accordance with approved QAP , fittings are supplied with test certificates and those test certificates include chemical composition, mechanical properties hardness detail of heat treatment Ultrasonic test Radiography test and stamping details.
• As we have already arranged special inspection under EIL/PDIL/SGS/DV/LLOYADS, in which, as per customer's specific instruction 3^rd party inspection for the material is needed.
