Rockshape plates are manufactured with combination of alloy wires & alloy metals blended simultaneously, resulting a heavy layer of highly wear resistant alloy.
Grade:
1) RC - GP -- High Abrasive Resistance combined with moderate applications. Mixer blades, Shovels, Chutes, Bunkers Etc. Hardness - 55 to 58 HRC
2) RC - 57 -- Serves abrasion, moderate impact resistance. Crusher Hammer, Mandrills, Bucket Lifts & Teeth, Liners Etc. Hardness - 57 to 60 HRC
3) RC - 62 -- Serve to extreme wear resistace & moderate impact. Cement kiln wear plates, shovel teeth. Etc Hardness 62 to 66 HRC
Special Features:
1) Due to dendritic strength of primary & secondary carbide suspended in tough wear resistant matrix, Leomet Alloys ' Rockshape' wear plates can achive hardness as required.
2) 'Rockshape' wear resistant plates has smooth & wide bands, fused together to form a flat & continous surface
3) Rockshape wear plates can with stand to prologed impact loading at 700 Degree Celcius Temperature
